When I considered including a testimonals page on this site‚ I thought it would be a great opportunity to say thanks to all the staff
involved in the adminstration‚ preparation and delivery of our events. The testimonals which follow are only
some of the many correspondance I have received from both our corporate and
private clients and are a tribute to the skill and dedication of the team. The
comments are candid and are only abridged inasmuch as the more mudane business
transaction comments such as "Please find enclosed..."‚ have been left out. But once again I say to the team "

It was the first time we had utilised outside caterers for a full four-course
meal and you may recall, we did so for the comfort of our guests whose ages
